Generate a table of Right Ascensions for any year and latitude.
Convert RA and Declination to Longitude and Latitude or vice versa.
Calculate 100+ lots from Dorotheus, Firmicus, Paulus, Valens and Al-biruni. Just enter the event date, time and place; the chart will be calculated with Swiss Ephemeris and drawn using code adapted from Allen Edwall’s PHP website scripts.
You can choose to have the Lots calculated using both diurnal and nocturnal formulas. Another option allows you to include the modern lots listed in Horary Astrology Plain & Simple by Anthony Louis. You may also enter an Age Arc to direct the lots according to RA and primary motion at the rate of 1 year of arc = 1° of RA.
You’ll need to install Allen Edwall’s HORARY.TTF font file in order to see the glyphs.
Speculum and Directions by Ascensions
Draws the chart, calculates the speculum elements and shows 90 years of position for each chart element according to Ascenional movement i.e. 1° per year is subtracted from the OA of each position and re-cast into longitude. House cusps are re-calculated from the revised RAMC.
